Marine Ecology Course
uShaka Sea World is hosting two annual Marine Ecology Courses
Take part in the Marine Ecology Course at uShaka, where you'll discover our Oceanography module, covering underwater geology and beach dynamics as well as a Biodiversity module, uncovering South Africa’s marine biodiversity threats.
The course includes slide presentations, lectures, hands-on identification practice and detailed notes. The course will end with a guided night tour of the Aquarium where students will witness the nocturnal behaviours and adaptations of the various marine creatures. Come sea all the secrets marine life has to offer!
Duration: 5 Modules (one evening a week for 5 weeks)
Venue: uShaka Sea World Education Centre
Time: 6pm – 8:30pm each Thursday evening
