11 Aug Corona Virus Update – Platinum Pass Members – 20 May
Dear Valued Platinum Pass Members,
uShaka Marine World has reopened gates with the necessary protocols in place as soon as the relevant government lockdown regulations are relaxed.
Our valued platinum pass members are encouraged to maintain an active membership during these uncertain times.
We have noted with concern the impact of Covid-19 among our guests, and are therefore pleased to make the following announcements pertaining to the Platinum Pass:
- Please Note: We are no longer selling NEW Platinum Passes, only renewals.
- Every Platinum Pass member whose membership was valid on 26 March 2020 will qualify for a special lockdown discount of 15% on their next renewal date for the year 2021.
- All Platinum Pass cards which expired between 26 March 2020 and the last day of Level 1 (both days inclusive) will qualify for an extended grace period of 90 days. This grace period will replace the normal 14 days grace period.
- Platinum Pass members who wish to renew their passes are encouraged to make payments and email proof of payment only to the email address below.
Renewed Platinum Passes will be processed and made available as soon as uShaka Marine World reopens. Collection dates and times will be communicated to the members respectively
